The company is located at Mesaieed in the State of Qatar, and operates 4 Ammonia and 4 Urea plants, with total capacities of 6,090 and 8,300 metric tons per day respectively and a Urea Formaldehyde Co. ACCOUNTANT-BUDGETIN G & COST CONTROL
The position will be assisting in the preparation of:
· Management & shareholder reporting and analysis
· Annual budgeting, planning and forecasting efforts
· Tax reporting and analysis related to external auditor reporting requirements
· Parent company (IQ) reporting as well as other ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
· Minimum 8 years experience in Accounting and Costing within a manufacturing or industrial company (preferably in the oil & gas sector). Familiarity with IFRS is required
· Should be familiar with Project Economics and Financial Models
· Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken is required
· Ability to work within a multinational environment
· Demonstrated work experience using Excel, automated financial systems or packages such as PeopleSoft or a similar scale accounting software package, creating queries and reports to satisfy the needs of various users.
· Good knowledge of MS Office software applications
· Hard worker, able to work under pressure

Good judgment, business acumen and the ability to handle several assignments simultaneously with tact and persuasion.
